PENGARUH METODE KOMBINASI (ROLE PLAY DAN BRAINSTORMING) TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH PENGANTAR MANAJEMEN

Abstract


This Experimental Research intends  for explain and analyze the influence of the Combination Method (role play and brainstorming) on Quality of Learning in Introductory Management Courses. This Research takes 25 respondents  from Academy of Accounting PGRI Jember students whowas taking introductory management courses in the 2018/2019 academic year. One Group Pretest Posttest Design was used. Data Analysis used Multiple Linear Regression. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results concluded that the Combination Method (Role Play and Brainstorming) either simultaneously or partially influences on the Quality of Learning. Partially, the Role Play Method had an effect on the Quality of Learning (t value = 7.902; and sig. = 0.000); Brainstorming method affects the Learning Quality (t value = 6.417; sig. = 0,000). Simultaneously, the Combination Method (Role Play and Brainstorming) had an effect on the Quality of Learning (t value = 19,500; sig. = 0,000).
