Abstract


Learning is a process of interaction between learners, between learners with educators and learning resources in a learning environment. In the process of learning, educators must have the skills for innovation and development in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. Innovation and development can be done in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning should be done in the framework of innovation and development of the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. Planning that are less empower learners, to be converted into planning really able to empower learners. Implementation of learning which was originally dominated by educators should be changed and improved learning becomes more dominated by learners, and more original evaluation using the test, should be changed to evaluation incorporating alternative tests (nontes) in addition to using the test. Thus there was a change as a result of innovation and the development of learning, from teacher-centered-learning towards students-centered-learning. In this case, educators can choose inquirydiscovery learning model, Expository teaching, mastery learning, or humanistic education. Innovation and development is done must still be done by considering the environmental conditions and learners, and poured in the form of Lesson Plan. Lesson Plan is then used as the foundation to make the learning process and evaluation.
