Professional teachers are teachers who have the compe­tencies required to perform the task of education and teaching. This study uses a rationalistic qualitative approach and data collection techniques apply observation, interviews, and documentation, which are enhanced by triangulation to test its validity. The data then are processed and analyzed using the method of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Once the data is processed and ana­lyzed, then produced several research findings
